Course Description:

Buck Ridge Golf Course is situated in a scenic country setting of rolling hills and forested area. Buck Ridge Golf Course was designed taking advantage of the existing contours of the land. Sand traps at every hole are strategically placed to reward good shot making, yet allow the high handicapper an alternate approach to the green. Ponds have been used extensively and come into play on the first five holes of the course. The fairways were seeded using a blend of three Kentucky bluegrasses and the greens seeded with Canadian Penncross bent grass. An irrigation system was installed throughout the course for proper maintenance. As a result, Buck Ridge Golf Course is hailed as having one of the best playing conditions in Northern Ontario.
