Course Description:

The Almaguin Highlands Golf & Country Club is a challenging, regulation 9 holes, par 35, 2871 yards long golf course in a beautiful valley in the Almaguin Highlands with scenery not unlike the Scottish Highlands, where golf was born!

We are right on Hwy 11, just 30 km North of Huntsville. The magnificent Magnetawan River flows along the golf course and comes into play on our 527 yards par 5, second hole and on our signature hole, the 156 yards par 3, third hole, where your ball has to go across the river to a small green. Our hardest hole is the 375 yards, dogleg to the right par 4, eighth hole to an island green protected by a wide moat.
